      I am a chef, baker, illustrator and foodwriter, and have spent the last 7 years cheffing in some of London’s top restaurants

      (including Lyles, The Dock Kitchen, Moro and Spring).

      After years of long hours and punishing work I wanted to rediscover my joy in food.

       

      So Puns and Buns was born: a celebration of all things food and fun. Complete with a market stall selling a modernised version of the iced bun (a childhood favourite) and the edible embodiment of joy.

       I also sell my illustrated cards and prints.
